Is everything okay with my child’s health?

Short parent questionnaire to assess your child’s general health

At the IQB Kids Universe, created as part of IQB Medical’s paediatric care services, we place special emphasis on children’s health and on supporting parents in protecting it.

Children are often unable to explain clearly when something does not feel right, which makes parental observation especially important. Our short questionnaire helps you review signs related to your child’s general health, vision and hearing, so that potential problems can be recognised as early as possible.

Our short, free questionnaire helps provide an overview of your child’s general health and may draw attention to signs that could make it advisable to consult a healthcare professional.

It takes only a few minutes to complete, and based on your answers, you will receive separate feedback on your child’s general health, vision and hearing.

By completing the questionnaire, you are not only taking a step for your child’s health, but also supporting your child’s school!

The questionnaire is part of the IQB Kids Universe
Health Champions school competition.

At the winning school, IQB Medical will provide free vision and hearing screening for children whose questionnaire results indicate that further examination is recommended.

Children do not always notice or report health problems early enough.
