IQB Kids Universe – Health Champions is an exciting competition for schools where fun activities and challenges help you discover what you can do to become healthier, more energetic and fitter. And you are not only playing for yourself: every challenge you complete also earns points for your school!
Which school will become the most health-conscious school of 2026?
You do not have to complete the missions on your own! Ask your mum, dad or even the whole family to help you with the activities. Talk through the questions together, try the challenges, and you may even discover who knows the most about health in your family. Get everyone involved, play together and become Health Champions as a family!
How can you become a Health Champion?
The Health Champions competition is packed with exciting missions and fun activities. Along the way, you will discover lots of interesting things about how your body works and what you can do to stay healthy and full of energy.

Eagle Eye
How much screen time is too much? Why is it important to give your eyes a break? What signs should you watch out for?

Listen Up
How loud should you set your headphones? Why can prolonged noise be harmful? How can we protect our hearing?

Get Moving
Why does our body love to move? What happens to us when we exercise? Why is it important to make time for movement every day?

What should we eat and drink to have enough energy for playing, learning and moving? Why is water so important?

Switch Off
Why does your brain need sleep? What happens when you get enough rest? And why is it a good idea to let your phone rest before bedtime too?
Why did we create the Health Champions competition?
We believe that children’s healthcare does not begin only when a child becomes ill.
Prevention, building healthy habits and teaching children to recognise the signals their bodies send are just as important when it comes to protecting their health.
IQB Kids Universe is backed by the professional medical community of IQB Medical.
Our goal is to bring medical knowledge closer to families’ everyday lives and give parents practical support they can use at home.
We are not here to tell families how to raise their children. We want to make healthier choices a little easier.
Which school will become the Health-Conscious School of 2026?
We want health awareness to become a shared experience, so participating schools also take part in a friendly challenge.
The question is simple:
Which school can involve the most families in building healthier everyday habits?
We do not assess medical or health outcomes.
We only look at the proportion of families who complete the programme compared with the total number of pupils at each school.
This means smaller and larger schools can compete on equal terms.
The winning school’s prize
IQB Kids Health-Conscious School 2026
In addition to the title, IQB Medical will provide the winning school with a
FREE IQB KIDS CHILD HEALTH SCREENING DAY
with a special focus on:
VISION SCREENING + HEARING SCREENING
Our goal is not only to have more health-conscious children and families by the end of the challenge, but also to provide practical support to the winning school’s community.
IQB Medical will organise a free screening day for students at the school that completes the most missions. Based on the results of the parent questionnaires, children for whom a hearing or vision examination may be recommended will be invited to attend.
